Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mintzfragrancemarketing@gmail.com.

At Mintz Fragrance, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged.

• If your bottle arrives damaged, kindly share clear photos or video evidence of the damage within 2 hours of delivery.

• After verifying the issue, a replacement will be initiated or a refund will be processed, as appropriate.

• Products that have been used, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
